Slate ("the App") is a privacy-first, offline personal budget tracking application. This policy details our commitment to user privacy and data security.
Slate is designed to operate completely offline. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal, sensitive, or financial data. All budget figures, categories, and transaction logs entered into Slate remain stored strictly on your local device.
The App does not require internet permissions or network access to function. Slate does not include third-party SDKs, tracking tools, analytics services, or advertising networks.
Because all data resides exclusively in your local device storage, uninstalling Slate or clearing the app’s data from your device settings will permanently remove all stored app information. We do not maintain remote backups and cannot access or restore your local data.
